Spring 2011

SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING THE SPRING 2011 ADMISSION APPLICATION PROCESS

The initial application filing period for admission to the Spring 2011 term begins on August 1, 2010. However, because the California Governor and Legislature have not yet adopted a budget, CSU does not know how many students it can admit. While each campus will process your application conditionally, no offer of admission will be sent until we know more about the budget, including funding to support an increase in CSU's enrollment.

Once a budget is adopted, each campus to which you apply will notify you about your options: (1) if the budget provides funding to increase CSU enrollment, each campus will finalize its review of your admission eligibility for the Spring 2011 term, or (2) if the budget does not provide additional funding to increase CSU's enrollment, you will have the option either of (a) requesting that your admission application be changed from Spring 2011 to the Fall 2011 term, or (b) requesting that your admission application be withdrawn and the application fee be refunded.

To request that your application be forwarded from the Spring 2011 to the Fall 2011 term (option 2b in the previous paragraph), see Forward Application Instructions.
